Thanks for choosing Belhove. We want your order to reach you quickly and without any fuss, so here’s a clear guide to how delivery works, from the moment you check out to the moment it arrives.

Delivery Area
We ship to addresses throughout the United Kingdom. Delivery is free on every UK order, whatever the order value. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP £).

Delivery Timeframes

Order cutoff: Orders received before 5:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday, go into processing that same day. Orders received after 5:00 PM, or on a Saturday or Sunday, go into processing on the following business day.

Processing: Allow 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) for us to pick, inspect and pack your order.

Shipping: After your order leaves us, it typically takes 6–10 business days to arrive.

Overall: You can expect your order within roughly 7–12 business days of placing it.

We aim to hit these timeframes every time. Now and then, things outside our control, like courier disruption or bad weather, may add a little extra time. If your delivery is delayed, we’ll let you know.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, we’ll email you a dispatch confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to follow its progress. Tracking information usually starts showing within 48 hours of dispatch.

Our Couriers
We use a selection of reliable delivery partners, including Royal Mail, Evri and DPD. The courier used depends on your item’s size and your delivery address.

Problems With Your Delivery
If your parcel is late, goes missing or arrives damaged, get in touch and we’ll sort it out. Depending on what’s quickest for you, we’ll chase it with the courier, send a replacement or refund you.
